From a young age, I found joy in baking — a messy creative outlet that always felt like home. Two years ago, while creating my niece’s birthday cake, that childhood love was reignited and quickly grew into something much more. Living in Whangaparāoa by the sea, I draw constant inspiration from the natural beauty around me — soft textures, delicate botanicals, and bright blooms that now influence my designs.
I specialise in creating refined, beautiful cakes using my signature vanilla bean buttercream — crafted to taste just as exquisite as they look. I am deeply passionate about designing elegant celebration and wedding cakes that become part of life’s most meaningful milestones, adding something truly special to each moment.
